Contributions to WWI war effort, including purchased $100 Liberty Bond; donated $40 to Furlough Homes in France, $292 to Near East Relief; during 1918 suspended meetings and rolled bandages and other work for Red Cross.
Visiting Nurses, $50 a year to support the position and gained support from public and private organizations to keep the program going.
Provided Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners at the County Home.
Signed Equal Suffrage petition and Petitioned for a city curfew ordinance.
